Having come to this show last year by accident, I agree that this awesome show should be more popular in the US - although from what I understand it's quite popular in Japan and other overseas markets. In the US - I think the problem was that it came out at the same time as many other awesome anime shows released in 2019. I keep spreading the word about this show I think it's so unique! Like you, I found myself bingeing the show because I couldn't wait to see what would happen next to our protagonists. Best of all, I get a mini refresher on the science principals I learned in school, or learn something I never knew before! You're in for a treat! Wait until you meet the rest of this ensemble cast and their interactions with one another as they look to bring the world back from the stone age. The show just started it's 4th (and final) season on Crunchyroll and will be wrapped up in 3 cours - about 11-12 episodes each to wrap up the story. I look forward to more of your observations on this show!
Yea ...I'm shocked this doesn't get more attention ..it's got something for everyone in it. It's fast paced too ao far and doesnt mess around. I'm pretty stoked to watch more myself. I'm taking a small break tho to watch and work on other anime first impressions. For 2025 I'm trying new things and seeing new. And old shows. Last one I posted and watched was sakamoto days
Definitely my second favorite anime, my first is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (Completely suggest watching that one, and finish Dr. Stone, season 4 just came out). I finished season 1 of Dr. Stone in like 2 days, and am on track to finish season 3 today (I started this morning).
That's crazy your speeding thru it wow 👌 as for brotherhood watched that when it came out. I preferred og fma t0 brotherhood tho. Thanks for the suggestion tho. If you have others feel free to let me know there are alot I haven't seen
I literally watched the entire series all seasons 1-3 in 5 days in December this series is insanely bingeable and I’m watching season 4 as it comes out so far I’m adoring season 4
Wow I wish I had the time to binge that much 😕 I used to do that all the time. It doesn't help some people hog the TV Hope to start s2 this weekend or next week. Gonna review that new vampire 🧛♂️ anime this month too probably
My top 3 favorite shows of all time are Psycho-pass, Durarara, and Dr. Stone. Dr stone only gets better every arc so dont worry about it getting worse
Durarara started out good for me but little things here and there annoyed me lol but I was also super into izaya and feel like he got the bad end of the stick. Can't wait to see where dr stone goes. Haven't seen psycho pass but I did watch my partner play some of the game

I want to look back at the panels for that last kid though. If we had his name, we could guess his quirk ; and vice versa (quirk-> name, partially) Since virtually every name has 1+ character implying their quirk I couldn't tell if he was using his blood or not, though that's what I assumed (Wow p sure my mom left her phone at home)

In the manga there was also like, a butler and nine maids that died in that fire as well. He's my favorite character. I love him. He's so psychotic. And honestly he never tones it down.

@@animewriter10 I mean they were mean to William and Louis and often sent off their chores on them, but that does feel a little excessive. Besides, they were witnesses. Can't have someone who can verify that the William's were swapped Also the child murdr is like WAYYYY worse in the manga. The anime toned it down actually.
I've read the novel and wish I had never done that... The most despicable features of human nature are just praised there. How could the manhua use such a cute style? Desharow literally ends up as a ruined personality.
